Little Sister - Bioshock

Little Sister, from Bioshock. Little girls implanted with ADAM slugs. Everyone in Rapture needs ADAM, and the Little Girls harvest it from corpses with their syringes. Constantly threatened by Splicers, they are protected by Big Daddies- giant diver-suit looking beings who are immensely powerful. They help keep up life (and the economy) of Rapture.

Doesn't quite look like the in-game version, but I'm happy with the way it turned out. Maybe someday I'll draw a Big Daddy...
